Hi, I’m Tom.
Strategic. Creative. My job.

Here’s the deal: if a strategy document is enough for you, there are plenty of brilliant people out there. With me, you get a strategy that reduces, a position that stands out, words that explain, messages that persuade and a personality people like.
The reason is simple. Strategy is words. Words are my strategy.
THE PROBLEM
Ask five colleagues what you do.
You’ll get five different answers.
Every business starts with a strong idea. Then come more features, more people, more markets, a new strategy, a few hundred PowerPoints and a lot of all-hands.
Everyone has a rough idea of what the company does. But no one says it the same way.
And it shows: on the website. In the sales pitch. In job ads. Above all, with customers — expected to understand in a minute what takes you twenty to explain.
Not ideal.
I help brands get chosen.
Not by trying to please everyone.
That’s how you get ignored.
I find your challenger position.
It will annoy a few people.
And be loved by more.
I ask the stupid questions.
Not because I’m stupid.
But because they reveal what everyone takes for granted.
You get a brand strategy everyone understands.
Including your mum.
And words and a personality you can use every day.
A marketing plan that does three things really well.
Not 36 initiatives that create chaos.
The result: a brand that’s easy to understand, easy to choose and hard to ignore.

As Brand Director, I helped build one of the 2020s’ most talked-about brands. A brand that attracted SEK 500 billion in orders and 6,000 employees from 117 countries.
So yes, it was all my fault.
Before that, I won three Cannes Lions Golds by making technology easy to understand — for Saab, Audi and Tre.
Now I work alone. Probably for the best.
It means the person you talk to before a project is also the person doing the work.
Pretty handy, really.

I read every message and reply myself.
